We deliver across the EU and to Switzerland. With our shipping partner DHL Express, your doughnuts arrive in less than 24 hours!

Please note: during peak times such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Halloween, delivery can occasionally take one day longer. We recommend ordering early - the doughnuts stay fresh.

You can find more information in our FAQs.

If you have any other questions, just write to our customer support.

Our doughnuts are freshly baked on the day of dispatch, decorated by hand and carefully packed in our gift boxes, so they stay fresh and delicious for up to four days.

If your order still arrives badly damaged or not fit to eat, just contact our customer service. We will sort it out straight away and find the right solution.
